Damaged Panels
Your garage door is typically made up of several panels that allow the door to roll up into the ceiling so that it's out of the way. One of these panels may become damaged and need to be replaced. This could happen from an inexperienced driver in your home hitting the panel and causing a dent, or it could be from impact damage due to debris flying at the door during a big storm.

Worn-Down Rollers
There are multiple rollers that are installed along the tracks that help the garage door slide up and down. As you may imagine, these rollers can become worn down over time and require replacement. Usually, there is a small portion of the track that you can bend that allows it to slide in and out. If you don't want to bend the track, then you'll need to disassemble more of the door to safely get the old rollers out and slide the new ones in.
